Across all of our properties, we rate our units as follows:

PLATINUM units are a step above - luxury finishes, gorgeous design, updated throughout.
PREMIER units are the most up-to-date with new furniture, appliances, electronics, etc.
DELUXE units are very nice, but not quite as updated as a premier unit.
STANDARD units are very comfortable and cozy, but not quite as updated as a deluxe unit.
