Resort Policies

  • Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Sorry, no exceptions
  • Late check-outs are subject to 1/2 day charge
  • Check-in is after 4:00 pm
  • Check-out is 10:00 am
  • Check-out is 9:00 am (winter) and 10:00 am (summer) at the Top of the Village

We will try to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests whenever possible.

Winter Cancellation Policy for arrivals between November 1 and April 30

  • 1 night non-refundable deposit due upon booking
  • Remaining amount of reservation charged 30 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival subject to the 1 night non-refundable deposit 
  • Cancellations inside of 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable 

Summer Cancellation Policy for arrivals between May 1 and October 31

  • 1 night non-refundable deposit due upon booking
  • Remaining amount of reservation charged 14 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival subject to the 1 night non-refundable deposit
  • Cancellations inside of 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable 

Housekeeping & Cleanliness

Housekeeping, which is limited to emptying trash and replacing towels left on the floor, is provided every other day beginning with the third day of your stay. Linens are changed upon request. Airbnb and VRBO guests do not receive housekeeping. 

Many items have been removed from the residences. If you need something, please call the Front Desk. Requested items will be delivered to the door, not placed inside. Our colleagues will knock and leave the items outside the door. Maintenance requests will be fulfilled when the residence is vacant. Guests may stay in a different rooms within the unit while maintenance is being performed, to maintain distancing.

Additionally, we have successfully achieved GBAC Star Facility Accreditation, as verified by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association. This accreditation is reserved for those facilities that demonstrate the superior ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from biorisk and infectious disease situations. Accreditation number 489877. 

Parking

For properties which require you to park in an adjacent town parking lot, there is a charge by the Town of Snowmass Village of $17.50/day in the winter season. There is no charge for parking in town parking lots during the summer and fall. Top of the Village, Villas at Snowmass Club, Capitol Peak Lodge, Lichenhearth, Tamarack, Shadowbrook, and Countryside all provide one private parking space per condo at no charge. 

Insurance

We strongly recommend that our guests purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance to protect against losses due to unforeseen circumstances. Contact our reservation department for information, or learn more here >

Rollaways and Pack and Plays

Rollaways are available for $25.00 per night. Pack n' Plays are complimentary. Please reserve in advance as they are subject to availability.

Tax

Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change. Tax is currently at 12.8% and calculated on gross rate.

Resort Fee

All Stonebridge Inn and Destination Residences Snowmass reservations, with the exception of the Villas at Snowmass Club and Countryside at Snowmass, will be subject to a taxable 6% resort fee which covers varying services at each property. Reservations at the Villas at Snowmass Club and Countryside at Snowmass will be subject to a taxable 15% resort fee, which includes access to the amenities of the Snowmass Club. 

Condominium Disclosure

Because Destination Residences Snowmass acts as rental agent for individual condominium owners, rented accommodations cannot be completely controlled. For this reason, specific units cannot be guaranteed.
