SNOWMASS CLUB AMENITIES : TENNIS

The 11 outdoor courts, including two Har Tru clay courts, are surrounded by breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The two indoor Har Tru clay courts are equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and can accommodate play no matter what the weather. Courts are open to Villas guests 1:00-4:00 p.m. daily in the summer. Tennis Rates Members and guests may book courts up to 7 days in advance. For indoor court reservations, call the Athletic Desk at 970-923-5200. To make reservations for outdoor courts, call the Tennis Club House at 970-923-0818. A fee will be charged for cancellations received less than 2 hours before scheduled play. Fees may be charged for court time, depending upon membership type. Lessons/Programs The tennis coaches can provide private, semi-private, tri-private, and group lessons. A wide range of tennis programs, drills, women's, men's, and mixed doubles, junior tennis for kids ages 4-18, tournaments, and special events are offered throughout the summer and winter seasons. Appointments are made through the Athletic Club at 970-923-5200 in the winter or the Tennis Club House at 970-923-0818 in the summer. Tennis Pro Shop The Tennis Club House offers racquet and demo rentals, ball machine rental, full racquet repair, tennis balls, and accessories. Some tennis apparel is available in the Athletic Club. Gift certificates are available, call 970-923-0818 (summer only). Clubhouse/Dining The rustic architecture of the new clubhouse reflects the warm tradition of early Snowmass settlers and includes Black Saddle Bar & Grille, a full-service restaurant and bar open for lunch, après tennis, and available to book for special events. Treat yourself to a refreshing drink and snack after your match while you take in the beautiful mountain views.
