The Aspen Institute is pleased to announce the first speaker of the 2008-2009 Speaking to the Future Series. This year’s series will kick off on October 22, 2008 with Lee Bycel, executive director of the Western Region of American Jewish World Service, an organization that works to alleviate poverty, hunger, and disease in the developing world.
