Anderson Ranch Evening with the Artists Date(s): 08/24/08 Time: 7 p.m.  Details: Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Schermer Meeting Hall Charity Davis-Woodard is a studio potter in Edwardsville, IL, where she and her husband maintain Lanes’ End Studios. Known for her finely crafted porcelain wood-fired work, Charity has taught workshops around the country and holds an MFA in ceramics from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Linda Darling is represented by Judy Ann Goldman Fine Arts in Boston, and has exhibited in shows at Bellwether Gallery, CRG and the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum. Her work is included in many private and public collections. Betty Scarpino has been working with wood for over 30 years and teaching for 20 years. She has a background in industrial arts, sculpture and design, and currently writes about all aspects of woodturning for Woodworker’s Journal.
