Anderson Ranch Evening with the Artists Date(s): 08/10/08 Time: 7 p.m.  Details: Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Schermer Meeting Hall Doug Casebeer received an MFA from Alfred University. He is currently program director for ceramics and Sculpture at Anderson Ranch. He has served as pottery consultant to the United Nations, and is currently a board member for the Carbondale Clay Center in Colorado. His work has been shown in venues across the county, and he has a permanent installation at the Yingge Museum of Art in Taiwan. Alleghany Meadows, who received his MFA from Alfred University, is a studio potter in Carbondale, CO, and co-owner of the Harvey/Meadows Gallery in Aspen. He exhibits nationally and has presented lectures and workshops at Alfred University, Penland School of Crafts and Anderson Ranch Arts Center. Robin Lasser is a professor of art at San Jose State University in the photography program. She creates multimedia installations utilizing image, sculpture, and sound. She exhibits and publishes her work internationally. robinlasser.com Kim Anno is a painter, bookmaker and co-chair of the painting department at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
